Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

This dish uses wild-caught salmon, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and asparagus.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the salmon fillets and asparagus with the olive oil mixture.

  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

  5. Grill the asparagus for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

  6. Serve the salmon with the grilled asparagus on the side.
