Grilled Salmon with Asparagus
This dish uses wild-caught salmon, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and asparagus.

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets and asparagus with the olive oil mixture.
Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
Grill the asparagus for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve the salmon with the grilled asparagus on the side.
